Thunder Pride Association & Borderland Pride excited to announce partnership with Sleeping Giant Brewing Company to celebrate Pride Month and Pride Lives Here
Thunder Bay, ON – Thunder Pride Association and Borderland Pride are excited to announce and launch ‘Pride Lives Here’ limited edition beer by Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. to celebrate Pride 2020 and the incredible community support of the Pride Lives Here campaign that has swept Northwestern Ontario.
The ‘Pride Lives Here’ beer is a dry hopped kettle sour, Sleeping Giant Brewing’s first-ever sour beer. The beer will be available at Sleeping Giant’s main retail store at 712 MacDonnell Street and local restaurants in Thunder Bay, and available in Fort Frances at Neighbours Modern Diner.
The ‘Pride Lives Here’ campaign has seen over 2,000 signs displayed from Kenora to Rainy River, Fort Frances to Thunder Bay, and along the north shore to Rossport and beyond – over 700 kilometers in Northwestern Ontario. The campaign has galvanized local 2SLGBTIQ+ communities and their allies to show their Pride and proudly fly their colours in a socially-distanced Pride year.
The ‘Pride Lives Here’ beer brand will support both Pride organizations with proceeds being donated back to support initiatives and future events. Supplies are limited.
Thunder Pride and Borderland Pride extend their appreciation to Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. for standing with 2SLGBTIQ+ people in Northwestern Ontario and for giving back to the community with the new and exciting limited edition product to celebrate a very unique Pride season.
